Good: NOTHING !! Kay Grenz of Classic Community Property, LLC was property manager for Pecos Place Condos which went downhill after she took over. Thank God she has finally resigned and hopefully a competent property manager will now be hired.. Bad: Where to start? Did not cash HOA dues checks. Constantly changed banks. Constantly unable to locate documents pertaining to HOA.. Check of Secretary of State records showed company delinquent on required paperwork filing and was no longer listed as a company as of 10/2011. (Last filed report in 4/09). Improvements: This woman should not be in business. Units have been allowed to deteriorate since she became HOA Manager. Lawns are deplorable, common areas have not been cleaned in months. Lightbulbs out in Hallways. Hallways are filthy. Covenants not being enforced. Buildings not being locked up.. Other: Her nickname is the HOA Nazi. Check with state and she did not register HOA so unable to enforce liens on delinquent propertys. She brought a motor home in and plugged it in to one of the buildings for her to live in, which is a covenant violation. When one of the homeowners complained, she told them it was hers and she was doing it so it was okay. I would rate her - 5 star if I could (yes, that is MINUS 5) 1 star is nowhere near low enough..
