The finalized date given to me was not accurate at ALL! I was told nothing but one lie after another and given the run around.

I had a great experience here. My car was hit and Geico referred me here. They made the experience extremely easy and did a great job. Very professional and friendly and very easy dropping off my car and picking it up. My car was nicely detailed when I picked it up. more

As far as price and quality Classic Collision is the way to go!!!. They offer quality work at a fraction of the price!! Works perfect 11/13/2011

If anyone ever needs a body repair - either in Lilburn it is worth going to this place. We were traveling into Georgia with a damage rear door on my Rover. I explained how it happened and what was going on with not being able to find a place to help me. This guy that answered not only answered the phone with great energy and with a smile but told me to come on in that he would wait and see if he could help me. (It was going to be after he closed ) - We pulled up about 5:45 and he had us pull into the stall and he started skillfully working on our Rover. The door was really tweaked and was about 4"" off from be able to shut. He got the door fixed beyond belief. Needless to say we were ecstatic. The door had been broken before and was never working well since.. But now it works perfect. So many props to this shop. more

I've been coming here since 2000, and have always been extremely pleased with the quality and cost of the work, and the way that the owner treats his customers. This is THE place to go when I need body work. more

Easy experience 11/4/2011

I had gotten into a pretty bad accident with one of my vehicles and needed major body work done on my vehicle. Someone recommended Classic Collision to me and I am so happy I listened. I had my car dropped off there and had it back in a little over a week and the accident caused alot of damage. They contacted me kept me updated on the status of my car. I had a really great experience with them. They made a real stressful experience an easy one more

Great job 10/20/2011

I scratched my rear passenger door due to a careless mistake in an underground parking garage. Not really a major repair job but still I was nervous because I know people who have had some really ugly paint jobs done in the past by both dealerships and auto repair shops. It's important to know and trust the people you do business with. I am grateful to have found people I trust to work on my car. I came here to get a new paint job since the one I had was fading away and starting to look really ugly. They gave me a good deal and they finished before expected. The paint job looks great and its the exact perfect shade I had pictured in my head. Thank you again, keep up the great work. Highly recommend Classic Collision to anyone. more

I am VERY HAPPY with the work I had done on my car. The owner was incredibly helpful. My car looks BETTER than before and the price was right. Great place 10/13/2011

This place is awesome! The owners are very sweet and they did an excellent job in re-painting my Jetta. They were able to finish the job before the time that they gave me. I highly recommend this place to everyone! They did a great job, they were very sweet and my Jetta looks great! What more can I ask for. Thanks for getting me my car back sooner than you guys thought. more

I was so pleased with the quality of customer service at this body shop, from the very first time I took my car in for an estimate to a couple months down the line when I got my car repaired (they still remembered me!). One thing I really like is that they always pick up the phone. You wouldn't believe how annoying it is when businesses don't do this during normal business hours. They're so personable and gave me an honest quote that I couldn't turn down because it was the lowest in town (I checked out 5 places). They just really made this process painless and smooth. more

I recently had my 7 series repaired at Classic Collision. There was significant damage and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time (2.5 weeks) and executed with perfection. There is absolutely no trace of the damage. My car looks brand new. They really know their stuff. Discussed every detail with me at considerable length, very patient and accommodating at all times. I never had to call because they kept me updated regularly. more

I can't even begin to explain how happy I am with the quality of work at this shop. I am an auto detailer and I am very picky with the way my car looks! This shop actually work to make you happy and will do whatever it takes to ensure your happiness. I'll write more after dinner... more

Great shop 9/23/2011

I found this shop via reviews. Great shop! Great customer service! Not only did they repair the damage to my car, but they also painted some nicks and scratches on the bottom of my front bumper for free! If I ever need to go to an auto body shop again, this is where I will go. Highly recommend it! more

It sure is a bummer when you end up with dents and scratches on your car but that's life and it's bound to happen. To make a bad situation better, however, take your car to Classic Collision because they won't disappoint you. I've had to take my poor SUV there twice now, once after my brother scraped his car along the side of mine, and the other when I got hit from behind, and I was given outstanding service on both occasions. Other auto body shops might as well close their doors because I can't imagine them trying to compete with Classic Collision prices or their customer service. Both times I've taken my SUV to them, I called around beforehand to a couple of other places to get quotes for the job and Classic Collision was by far the most inexpensive quote, on both occasion. But I won't do anymore quote comparing, should my car get banged up again in the future, now that I know Classic Collision is the cheapest. My SUV looks brand new thanks to the great auto body work that was done by the ever-so-skilled technicians at this shop. I can't say enough good about these people. Just give them a try. You'll see. more

Friendly, honest, easy to work with. The folks on the front desk are willing to help with special requests. I felt very accommodated. It is reasonable costs with the labor. I love my Saab, so I take it to Classic Collision. They even drove me back to the office when I needed it - 20 minutes away. more
