Worst

The finalized date given to me was not accurate at ALL! I was told nothing but one lie after another and given the run around.

Going to a body shop is like going to see a doctor. You want to avoid it as long as possible but if you do need to go, go to the best and Classic Collision is the place. I have been there twice, one for front bumper damage to my 3 series and most recently for the rear bumper of my 5 series. more

He was great about letting me know the steps they were going through throughout the process. He estimated 2-3 weeks for my car to be ready. I was hoping it would it take closer to the 2 week mark but unfortunately it took 3 weeks. My car looks great though! And they used all new parts and did an amazing job cleaning it up. My car pretty much looks brand new. I am very satisfied so far with the job! Oh and also they have a lifetime warranty on their repairs, good comfort of mind! more

These Guys Are Good 3/16/2012

Yes, these guys are good. The body work on my Accord was perfect, they were on time and professional, and they fixed some other very minor scratches not associated with the accident for free. Most importantly, they quickly fixed a minor mistake (got a little paint, likely from a paint pen, on my seat) and had a sincere apology (I could imagine other clowns I deal with trying to convince me my kids left those marks). Kudos!!! more

I just want to say THANK YOU to all for doing such a great job on my car. They all are the best. This make the 2nd time I've used Classic Collision. If I ever need any repairs again I will be back. But, I hope I don?t need any more repairs. But, if so yes I will be back. You all stayed on the top of things and kept me informed at all times. more

A costumer for life. 1/30/2012

I was involved in a rear end collision. Thanks to the guys at Concord Collision, all my worries were eased. They took care of all the estimates and answered all my questions, all I had to do was approve the work, and they fixed my car. I got it back good as new, and they have made a costumer for life. more
