I visited around 10 different shops for quotes on how much it cost to fix a large, nasty dent in one of my doors. Classic Collision gave me one of the best prices, and five months later, the repair still looks as good as new. I couldn't have had a better experience. more

I just want to thank everyone who helped me get my car fixed. I had my car towed and that was a disaster. I was so emotional. When I got to Classic Collision they made me feel comfortable. I settled down and they told me exactly what to expect. They were patient and kind. My car was fixed and I was back on the road like it never happened. Thanks so much. more

I don't know much about cars, and when I went in to have my car repaired they were very helpful in explaining the process. I got my car when promised and they worked everything out with the insurance company which made everything relatively hassle free. Thanks! more

I couldn't have asked for better service or quality repair. I've never had a bad accident, but this one was a hit and run that did very major damage to my BMW's rear end. The folks at Classic stayed in touch with me, and were very knowledgeable and very professional. I was skeptical at first, but my Insurance agent had told me that they had the best paint box he'd ever seen and did quality work. I'm glad I listened to him. \r Yes, they are busy, but maybe it's because they are really good at what they do. Pros: Excellent Customer Service and quality work Cons: Time more

The people at Classic Collision have very poor customer service skills [from upper management down]. My car was kept for more than 6 weeks [Dec. 1st 2008 to January 9th 2009] for a simple repair. My representative at Classic Collision [Travis Roberts] started off very well by keeping in touch at least once a week to give me updates. After the third week [Dec. 22nd] everything went down hill. I was promised my car on Dec. 24th that did not happen. On December 30th, I was promised the car in a couple of days that did not happen. I kept on hearing excuse after excuse. Each person blamed the other while I remain without my car and going over my rental agreement. I talked to upper management, they were no help. Very bad people skills. Lot of empty promises...You are expected to do everyone?s job for them. I signed a direction to pay [so the insurance can send them the check directly] that was pointless. They kept my car for another two day even though my insurance company had corresponded with them directly about payment. I would find a more reputable and established company if I were you. Had I done my research, I would not be here writing this review...\r \r If You Must Use: Classic Collision: Do not take for granted that they will do their jobs properly and just because you are bringing $$$$$$ business to the shop do not assume they will treat you with respect or as a customer. You should be grateful you car is bring fixed. Keep track of all you phone calls and be on to of things. Call as often as you need to ensure speedy service. Do not bother complaining because you will be told, ?You are wasting my time?. When you get upset, please try to speak in a very low tone or they might just hang up the phone. If you use curse words you do not have a chance. I do not curse or use profanity to communicate, yet I was asked NOT to yell on the phone. awful 5/24/2008

Recommended by Hennessey Jag for rear bumper repair. Tech did not return phone calls. After 10 days my car was returned with a nasty graze/scratch on the front end. The manager tried to tell me it was just wax and preceded to buff it out with a rag and something in a bottle. Which shined it up so it looked better but the graze was still there. He ended his failed attempt by saying we all want to keep our cars perfect, but bascially taking no responsibility beyond stating again how vehicles don't stay prestined forever..... The bumper repair itself looked nice initially but less than a month later the paint is faded or uneven compared to the whole bumper. more

OK Service 2/8/2008

Classic Colision repaired the bumper on my vehicle and did a pretty good job. My only complaint is they got paint overspray on the bottom portion of my bumper(which is a different color) and did not clean it off before I picked my vehicle up. If they had inspected their work before releasing the vehicle, they could have caught this. I would hate to think they just didn't care enough to do so. I must say the receptionist is like a fresh of breath air...she was always very pleasant. Pros: Receptionist is very friendly. Cons: My Service Advisor did not return calls promptly. more

They might work on fancy cars, but the work is terrible 11/13/2006

They put a dented bumper on my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee after I wrecked it. I then had it for a week and the front grill popped out. The worst thing is I had to take it to another shop to get it done right. They might say they guarantee there work....what a bunch of junk. Make sure you get that in writing...better yet. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Cons: they lie to you about what is really going on. more
