I did not have to wait long and was informed what they found. Very Quick 1/6/2014

I like my 2000 GMC truck. Does everything I need it to do. And I believe maintenance is the key to long life with equipment. I had transmission filter/fluid R & R service. It was quick and not unreasonably priced. The best point, though, is that it was returned to me in a clean condition. It was clean when I brought it in, and it was clean when I got it back. No fingerprints, and was even washed & vacuumed. I appreciate that. A lot. I have always been leery of care dealerships - however I bought a new car here 2 years ago and everything was great - I have had my care services there since I bought it and they have been very good - another car rear ended me and caused considerable damage and they had it back to me in a week - their service department is good more

I purchased a new 2007 Tahoe in 2007. I have had 2 Tahoes serviced there for about the last 4 years. I have found the service department and staff VERY good at their job. I have had some strange issues unrelated to the vehicle that they have fixed for me and for free. I would also recommend a Tahoe. It has had very few issues now with 36K miles on it. I will cont to do business with Allen Samuels Chevy on SW freeway. Thanks guys. more
