My online experience was great and the online chat is a nice feature. When we got to the dealership, our salesperson, while seemingly new and not particularly knowledgable, was very nice and seemed to genuinely want a good experience for us. I think as she gains knowledge she will be very good at her job, and I hope she received full credit for the sale. Our experience was good when we were dealing with Kari only. When she brought another salesman in, we felt like we got a stereotypical ""used car experience"" with regard to the negotiation of price. We found him a bit pushy and insincere. We had researched the vehicle and knew what it was approximately worth, so his claim that he ""wasn't making any money and just wanted our business"" was off-putting when we knew it to be incorrect. Honestly, had the car not been exactly what we were looking for we probably would have left. Our experience with Kari, again, was great, and the finance department gave us no surprises.
