Very rude and unprofessional. Once they have your money they dont care to help you. I signed up for a 6 month membership that I never used because I was transferred back to Georgia within 3 weeks. After 4 months of paying I called asking if I could cancel my contract, I was transferred to the owners wife who never returned my call after 3 attempts. I called again getting a very rude young guy who I ended up hanging up on. He later returned my call leaving a message apologizing for his rude behavior & telling me to send proof of my move & they would cancel my contract. I faxed over what he requested to the fax number he provided within a few days but they still continued to withdrawal the 39 dollars from my account. I again attempted to reach Teresa (owners wife) who again, to no surprise of mine, did not return my call. Every staff member I spoke to was rude & treated me as though they had my money & didn't care to do anything to help me from that point on. I chose this gym because they APPEARED, based on their advertising, to be a Christian owned company however I was sadly mistaken & was actually informed by a staff member that they ""ARE NOT"" a Christian company. I have warned all our friends who are travelers with the union to steer clear of this gym & use either the YMCA, Anytime Fitness or Charter Fitness who are much more cost friendly & willing to understand circumstances surrounding union travelers.\r
