Their service is horrible. I took my 3 series there a month ago. First, they had a laundry list of problems that totalled over $5,000, though I took it in because it was stalling, which I only found out after calling the service advisor repeatedly. Somehow the radiator began leaking while it was there (it was fine when I took it in). Total repair bill was $2,500. I went to pick it up, and they couldn't find my key. I had to wait 45 minutes until they found them, though it was already over one hour since they'd informed me the car was ready. I drove it home (7 miles) garaged it for a month, then drove it to get gasoline one Sunday, and it would not start. Took it back to the shop, at 8:45 AM, and they insisted on giving me a rental, which took another 45 minutes and all they had was a 15 passenger van. Then by 4:00 PM I'd not heard from the service advisor, and called repeatedly asking for a manager. None were available, but the receptionist told me there was one service advisor she trusted--she would transfer me. But mine picked up and told me they discovered a new problem, and repair costs another $800. But they refused to credit me for the work they'd already done fixing the wrong thing. I had plan to buy a new 3 Series for delivery in Germany this summer, but I won't buy it from Classic. I've dealt with John Roberts in Austin (Very Good) and Peake BMW in New Orleans (Average) but I'll never go back to Classic in Richardson (soon to be in Plano).
