Not sure why the name change. 2/7/2014

I am confused by the name change. I understand what Claro means in Spanish, Clear but just the name leaves you hanging, wanting more clarification as to what Claro is actually referring to. Does it mean a Clear Pool ? Many times a name is tied to an industry like cement or car detailing and yes to pools. Seems like the name should be Claro Pool Service or something along those lines. The one thing you do not want to do is to confuse the customer. So make the name short, understandable and easy to remember. more

CLARO takes care of my pool weekly and replaced a lot of my pool equipment for close to two years now. I like the person that takes care of my pool monthly. He's a very pleasant, nice guy. G. Naramore more

CLARO is absolutely the best company of its kind that I've ever worked with. I've been involved with numerous pool construction and service projects over many years, and the team at CLARO, led by its owner Steve Little, are truly outstanding. They are talented, experienced, fair, affordable, and their products and performance are of the highest quality and standards. They truly care about the customer and the end result. I would absolutely urge EVERYONE to work with CLARO, far and above any other company that claims to offer quality pool service. First rate service / response / timeliness / follow THROUGH / FLOOW UP 1/5/2014

I've used Claro (Hire Standards) for eight year for my personal pool service, and the water feature at the entrance to my Association. I couldn't ask for a more responsible contractor. Claro maintains all the equipment to run perfectly, and suggests upgrades to improve performance and to save operational expenses. I have referred Claro many times, and have never had anything other than a big 'thanks'. more

Reliable Service with a willingness to please. 1/5/2014

I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. Doing pools in the desert is a demanding job. The service technicians show up as scheduled. When there is something that needs improvement they always work to make it right. I plan to stay with this company in the future. Keep up the good work. more

Professionally Operated Pool Service Company 1/1/2014

I have been using Claro Pool Service for about 7 years on a twice per week basis. In addition, I used Claro to completely redo my pool and spa, including all new pool equipment. All the Claro personnel have been eager to provide quality service. Whenever I have experienced a problem with my equipment, Claro personnel have taken prompt action to fix the equipment on a timely basis. They have called in factory technicians to assist in repairs when that was necessary. My prior pool service vendor was often difficult to reach, but with Claro's extended office hours and available emergency service, I have been able to get repair service when an unexpected problem arose. I would highly recommend Claro. more

Efficient and friendly 1/1/2014

I've used Claro for about a year now. The people who come to my home and service my pool twice a week are friend and professional. My regular pool guy, Charles, even gave me a Christmas card :-) They are always willing to go a little extra mile if you have questions. I trust them enough to give them my gate key, and am never worried they will leave a mess. My pool is sparkling clean! Friend of mine asked how I did it (thinking I cleaned the pool myself). Nope! I use Claro! more

High quality service 12/30/2013

Claro is terrific! They're very reliable. They quickly follow through every time we call them and the workers are very thorough. I've been using them for 10 years and have no complaints. Steve is very good at keeping contact about the service and I've been very happy with it. The price is good and they keep my pool clean and running well. I'm so impressed by them that I've referred them to a few of my friends. more
