I ordered online some parts for a rollater with a broken front fork. Along with the replacement fork, I ordered new handles and grips to upgrade my unit. But the fork was the broken part, so it was the only critical item. I put on the order ""do not send a partial shipment without the front fork"". Guess what? They sent me just the handles and grips. They put the front fork on back-order, nicely noted on the packing slip. So now I have a broken rollater with pretty new handles and Clarke can't tell me when the front fork will be shipped.
