This rating is based on our current Clark service. We now have Jesse, who has been diligent, friendly and helpful. He has restored our faith in Clark, prior to Jesse we had good service for years, and then were re-assigned to a service rep who either sat in his car for the duration of service, or sometimes walked around the house perimeter, never removed cobwebs from porch eaves and whether he sprayed is doubtful. Several complaints later with no improvement caused us to stop service and sign up with a competitor, who gave very good service. We re-instated several years ago with Clark (reluctantly) because we needed to include gopher treatments, which the competitor did not offer. We were assigned Jesse, who has been doing an excellent job for us. Since we've received this level of service, we've been very happy with everything and have recommended Clark to several friends and will continue to do so.
