I have been a Clark customer for over a year and I am very satisfied with my technician. He's friendly and does a great job. He's always willing to address any additional concerns that I may have. Any time I have a pest problem in-between regularly scheduled visits, Clark is prompt at sending someone out the very same day, or the next day depending on when I called; plus they always follow up with me to see if the problem was resolved. Yes they are expensive, but I've had bad experiences with lesser companies in the past and I believe that with Clark you get what you pay for. Sure not all technicians are created equal, but they have sent other technicians out to my residence from time to time and I have nothing negative to say about them.
