Had the worst experience in claires...I applied for a job there in early october and went in every other week to check up on my application. The last time I went in was the beginning of november when Erika the STORE MANAGER was working and she said to me in a very rude voice ""Honey, now is the WRONG time to be asking about your application. I want you to try to think and get into the mentality of retail and if you can, remember to apply three months before a major holiday NOT three weeks. Try again next time."" It was so rude and myself and the friend who was with me were appalled that she would treat a customer this way. Now whenever I go to claires in turlock, If I see that she is working the counter that day, I dont even bother to go in. And I would NEVER EVER work there!!!! more

This is the Horrible Store i ever seen so Far. We Bought 2 pairs of Pearl Necklaces $16.99 each on 07/29 and we asked whats your return policy in case if we like to return , there was as african american on the counter told us that you can return it as long as you have a receipt. We took it back after 3 days to return there is a lady called Erika said we cant take Pearls back then we asked the reason she said thats their store policy , but we asked her why the lady on the counter didnt mentioned this when we bought it and she said they will take returns as long we have receipts, But this manager even Never want to listen to it and she said she is not here and she walked away saying we have to leave the Store or else she is going to call the police.. Do u want to go there to buy and called buy Police by paying your own money ? Pros: nothing much Cons: Very Expensive, VeryBad Customer Service...... more
