City Nails

WORST EVER. Avoid this unclean, over priced, unprofessional disaster of an establishment. My male manicurist was watching tv and the clock, completely checked out. My feet looked worse than when I came in and I paid for premium service. And the manager admonished me for not staying on top of the guy and complaining as he went! (BTW I did complain but the manicurist did not even respond and clearly did not care!) Over $55 for a pedicure that was worth zero. I was robbed and I am not happy. I would prevent anyone I care about from ever setting foot in this place. Horrid. more

Since moving across the shopping center to a bigger suite, the salon has been upgraded in every way. The service is more attentive and everyone does a great job. It is clean and bright inside and very welcoming. They definitely had a slump in the quality of their service for a little while but they have bounced back and I am a regular customer now. more

i just got back from that salon and i am wanting to go to the doctor to get my feet and hands looked at! This asian lady is HORRIBLE! she cut me a few times on my feet while giving me a pedicure with the little clipper thingys and then she acted like nothing happened when there was red stuff coming out of my big toe. and then when she was file-my nails, she filed some of my skin off and now it hurts. THAT PLACE IS SO UNSANITARY! THEY USED THINGS OVER WITHOUT CLEANING THEM!!!! YUCK! if i get an infection, I AM GOING TO COURT WITH THEM!!!!\r \r NEVER GO HERE! Pros: NONE! Cons: EVERYTHING! more

I came to this place because someone gave it outstanding ratings and said it was very clean and hygenic but it's none of those things. I am a in the beauty industry and know what rules the board of cosmetology tells us to follow when it comes to sanitation and cleanliness and I swear these people don't follow them. i went in for a pedicure one day and after the pedicure was over the woman who did my feet moved me over to the manicure station. She then took in another client and sat them down for a pedicure. I was horrified to see that the manicurist was using the same file, toe nail cutter & cuticle remover as she had used on me WITHOUT HAVING WASHED OR SANITIAZED them. I will never go back. Im sure atleast 1 out of the 10 manicurist who work there sanitize their implements but do you really want to take a risk finding out which one? more
