I have been eating at City Market for 22 years (since 83) and it is STILL worth the 100 mile round trip!!!! You buy the brisket, sausage and ribs by weight and it's served on brown butcher paper with SOFT white bread &/or crackers. Get a pickle out of the jar, gotta get an onion slice (to put in the beans--with some BBQ sauce) My norm is 2 slices, 4 small ribs (I like the ends---you can request the big ribs if you want) and 1 dry sausage (just cooked a little more and maybe not as greasy!) YUM! YUM! Cold beer
