Makes White Plains bearable... 4/7/2003

Great food, great pastries, and the only decent belgian waffles in White Plains... not your typical diner. Pros: Food, atmosphere, Screamin kids allowed Cons: A tad pricey more

This diner is off the charts 11/28/2002

City Limits Diner is one of the best diner I have been to. The menu is excelent. A great selection of appetizers, entrees, desserts, wines and beers. You must try the city limits burger and the worlds best milkshakes. So thick and creamy, it's to die for. City Limits Diner is a must eat at restaurant. Pros: food, Service, ambience Cons: none, none, none more
