Absolutely terrible service 4/14/2012

My husband and I took all of our paperwork in to have our taxes completed back in February. It is now two days before they are due, and we are told they are still not finished. They do not respond to emails or return calls. I would never, ever use this business again. more

Very unprofessional 2/25/2011

I took my taxes there on January 17, post dated a check to 2/1/11. On January 24th, I called and spoke to Nate and told him to hold off, I was getting more things in that needed to be added adn don't deposit the check. Told me not to worry about. Then on the 22, I checked my bank and they deposited the check. I called, told them I never authorized them to submit my taxes or deposit the check. Asked to speak to owner. Dennis returned my call, very rude, unprofessional, basically called me a liar about my check. When Nate did my taxes, he sat down with me for five minutes, max, never asked me any questions, and said your taxes are done. Not professional at all. Don't go there, they are a rip off!!! more

Citizen Tax Service Notthwood 4/30/2010

They did my taxes for 2008 and I just got the IRS letter saying I still owe them $1550.\r Who pays the penalty and intrest, ME ???\r I DON'T THINK SO !!!! Cons: very slow, inconsiderate about customer appointments more

They are incompetent at best, fraudulent at worse. I wouldn't go there again if I was paid to. more
