Circuit City

I must say I was a little leery about visiting the Circuit City store on 41st Street, but that location is the closest and I hate the traffic by the Woodlands Mall area. From the minute I walked in I was greeted and made to feel very welcome. I filled out the credit app to get my months of no interest and then had Tyler show me the TV's and explain all to me, I purchased (2) 32" TV's, 2 stands, the warranties, the set ups/installation, the works. The manager came over and approved my months of no interest and I walked out of there a very happy customer. This was on a Friday after work and on Sunday the installers called me and they were there on Monday morning, delivered & set up my TV's and my TV stands. I believe they were named Chris & Jason. Both were extremely pleasant and professional. Will I be back to Circuit City at 41st Street. U BETCHA!! more

My little brother and I walked in to the store we walked up to a manager and he looked in our face and ignored us. He then got on the phone while we were standing there after we had stated several times "excuse me sir" When I finally got mad and snapped my finger in his face and asked if he could help he said we needed to be patient because he was helping a customer on the phone. I understand him helping other customers. It was the way he ignored us prior to getting on the phone that was so horrible. All we were needing was to be pointed in the right direction to buy a few things we didn't even want his actual service. Even if he would have said "Excuse me one sec while I help this customer on the phone" We would have been fine. He just out and out ignored us to our face before even picking up the phone. He was walking across the room when we first tried to ask him directions and he simply acted like we weren't there. His name Joel and he is actually the manager. Go figure! more
