I have to say that I was really disappointed. First of all, everything was horrible disorganized. There seemed to be a lot of staff, but no one directing traffic or really taking charge. Customers didn't know what horses they were riding, where they were supposed to stand, or really what what was going on. I was given a large grey horse named Chief to ride. Within 10 min of the ride it was obvious that he was lame, so I turned back. I couldn't morally subject a lame horse to a full hour trail ride. When I got back to the stable, I had to wait around for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Finally I dismounted and handed the horse over informing them that he was lame. I was never offered another horse nor a refund. So, I paid for full hour of horse rental and only really got about a 20 min ride. They just collected my helmet and went on their way. To make matters worse, all the horses were together in a small-ish paddock. Some of them were roaming loose around the paddock full tacked (bridle and saddle) out with other loose horses. All in all, not a very ethical business.
