I've lived in this property for about 2 years now and I can honestly say one of the huge selling points for this apartment was my property manager. It's hard to find someone that you can trust is on your side. This is definitely the case with me. Anytime anything needs to be fixed or comes up, everything is fixed and in a timely manner. I love the ease of paying rent and being able to request any maintenance issues as well...I suggest you sang up the opportunity for any available apartment managed by Cincy. more

Very Cordial 9/8/2011

I have lived in one of Cincy's Rent's units for 12 months now. The staff is very cordial and responds quickly to problems at the site. We just had our landlord inspection and they repaired a slow drain problem on the same day! I recommend Cincy Rents Management Company highly and without reservations. more

My Only Choice 9/8/2011

I own a carpet cleaning company. I work with several property management companies and I have not seen a company that would care more about their properties and tenants than Cincy Rents. Their high level standards when it comes to requesting services or repairs speak by themselves to me it shows respect they have for both their tenants and the property owners. When a property is well maintained and managed, everybody wins the owners can rest assured that their property is not falling apart and the tenants have a healthy and comfortable place to live just the way they like it. If I ever have properties and find myself in the need of professional management I know that Cincy will be not only on top of my list but my only choice. more

Everyone was friendly, easily contacted and straightforward about everything. They gave the good and bad about it. And Honest is the biggest thing to me. If you could do that then I know their good. more

All the locations that I gone to are so rude. This is the only location that walked me through everything without an attitude or a complaint. I know I could be a pain sometimes when I want the right things but this place stayed positive through it all for me. Thank you for that. more

Definite Consideration 8/8/2011

My husband and I were trying to find a rental agent, so I obviously went on the most common resource these day's, and researched on the web. When I came across Cincy Rents, the agent I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I felt like she went above and beyond to help us out. When we decide to start looking to buy we will definitely consider going to Cincy Rents. more

They keep me informed and stick to what they say. The maintenance guys are prompt and clean and handle the business of keeping everything up and running. more

Make things right 8/3/2011

Cincy Rents is very professional and will act quickly to get things done. They will do work on the house or let service people into the house if necessary any time of any day of the week with prior approval of course and they also work around my schedule. I've been happy with their responsiveness, and in the rare circumstance that they make a mistake, they take responsibility and make things right quickly. Can't ask for anything more than that. more

Exceeds expectations 7/18/2011

I have leased my home several times with CincyRents and have never been dissatisfied with their excellent service and professionalism. Each time, my home was rented quickly and with dependable renters. I would not hesitate to ever use the staff of CincyRents and or recommend CincyRents to another home owner or renter as I have never met more dedicated sales professionals that exceed my expectations. more

I'm currently renting from Cincinnati Apartments Plus and I don't have one complaint. The staff is helpful and nice and they really know their stuff. The apartment has been well taken care of and the price is one of the cheapest I could find. more

Love it here 6/10/2011

I have been living here for over a year now and have gotten to know Lee and the other staff members here like Robin much better and I have to say, it's great. The team here seems to have a good grasp on what's going on with the residents and put out a monthly newsletter with things that are going on with the community, recipes, classifieds, and other interesting tidbits.\r \r Robin is very easy to talk to and more than willing to assist the residents with whatever they need. She seems to have an open door policy, is prompt in her responses, as well as being thoughtful, considerate, kind, and professional. Lee has always been great with any maintenance requests I've had from changing my air filter to installing my new shower head he is very friendly and helpful. I personally have not gotten to know Lora yet, but from the interactions I have had with her, she does seem nice.\r \r The property is well maintained, pet friendly, child friendly, clean, relatively quiet, and overall is the best apartment complex I have had the joy to reside in. I hope that they keep up the good work here. Everything is in good working order. more

The process to move into my latest apartment was headache and stress free thanks to Lee and Robin. Both are great guys that were easy to work with. Simply put, this is all you need to know: - Communication: Prompt email/phone responses to all questions you may have - Punctuality: Always on time to scheduled meetings - Organization: During the contract phase, all documents and thorough instructions are provided -Accommodating: They work to make YOU happy and not just to close a deal. more
