Cinco de Mayo opened not too long ago in a city plagued with as many Mexican restaurants (mostly bad) as Italian ones. They tried to set themselves apart with a gaudy yellow building and a location that most business these days avoid like the plague.
This being said it must be noted that there is nothing horrible about this place, its just not special. The food is mediocre as are the prices. The wait staff is unethusiastic with so many regional accents it would be easy to get confused.
In short, there is nothing special about this place at all. The food was blah and that's how I felt when I left, blah.
Pros: It's close to where we live
Cons: The menu seemed limited
