I went there on two occasions to pay a bill because I had not received one for the month. The system that they currently use is a sign in sheet. It doesn't matter if you come to purchase a phone or only to pay a bill you have to sign up and wait for the next assistant. The first time I didn't even bother to sign in since there were eight customers ahead of me. The second time (because I didn't want my payment to be late, I signed in). There were three ahead of me so you'd think it wouldn't take long. Wrong. I waited 28 minutes to pay a bill. When I asked the associate why they didn't have one clerk just to take bills and she answered, ""unfortunately we all have the same job title"". I took this to mean they worked on comission and didn't want to lose an opportunity to make money. Okay, this is easily solved with a rotation system, one person paid by the hour, etc. Figure it out Manager. I will not use their store for bill-paying nor phone-buying in the future. Simple solutions are out there. Even for a heavy volume store.
