I like John Cimino. He's a really good attorney. I think he's really on the ball. He is an attorney I think anyone should have. I've had a lot of attorneys before, and they didn't do nothing for me. John works hard as it and when he means it, he means it. I'd recommend them all the way to anybody else. Also, he's going to be my power-of-attorney for the theater I'm buying, and I'm recommending Cimino & Benham, LLC on my website too. more

Cimino & Benham, LLC have been very good. They're up there. They are very nice about explaining everything, and they're really helpful to work with. Bankruptcy is not a pleasant process, but it had to be done, and they've been really good about it. more

John Cimino has been an extremely good asset to have in my pocket for the last four and a half years. He has given me and other people I know great advice. He even has given me free advice. He is very decent to take his own time to help other people. more

Made me feel comfortable through bankruptcy process 5/7/2012

I actually have used Cimino Benham LLC for a chapter 7 bankruptcy several years ago and now I am currently in the process of thinking of doing a chapter 13 bankruptcy with them as well. It will help me with my divorce and my daughter and a few friends. He is really good, he knows his stuff. He made me feel up to date with the process and feel comfortable. more

Mr. Cimino was referred to me by a friend when I was exploring bankruptcy as an option to relieve my financial troubles. When I met with Cimino, he was very down to earth, not pushy, and really took the time to explain what my options were. He is not your stereotypical attorney--he left me with the impression that he really cares about his clients and will give you advice that will benefit YOU. Once I made the decision to go through with it, he clearly explained what I needed to do and what the next steps were. I don't wish my situation on anyone, but if you are even just considering bankruptcy, I highly recommend Cimino & Benham LLC. more

Mr. Cimino is fantastic and I would HIGHLY recommend 7/18/2011

Bankruptcy was a very new experience for me. You could imagine how frightening the unknown can be. The phone calls, harassment and finding the right attorney to help. I called many attorneys before finding Cimino & Benham LLC they all said different things and some were even judgmental. Then I met Mr. Cimino and he was very knowledgeable, calming and concise. I felt comfortable with him and I'm glad he was our attorney. He has made this very terrible problem not only go away but he made it a calm and pleasant experience overall. Mr. Cimino is fantastic and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of a smart, knowledgeable and understanding attorney. more
