Churrascaria Riodizio

Loved Riodizio in Roslyn! Too bad they went out of business! When I called thier number I was automatically transfered to their midtown location.. apperantly they were the same restaurant as Plataforma in Midtown. Well, Riodizio had better prices, but at least their is still Plataforma. Pros: great people, great, food more

The atmosphere is very inviting there wine list is very expansive, and the people who work there are extremely friendly and well trained on the different cuts of meets and how to properly serve them. I have not seen a better trained wait staff at any other Brazilin stake houses. The meets are seasoned just right and there is large verity of food at the salad bar. At 32.50 this is the cheapest I have ever seen with the best quality food. Most places like this in the city charge more. Plus now they have added a made to order menu with very good options if they are not interested in the all you can eat fixed price. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves good food and a good price. Pros: Amazing delicious flavorful food more

Typical Riodizio restaurant. The meats are fresh and plentiful some can be on the dry side. The buffet bar of sides is over whelming as well as the prices. This is the most expensive riodizio we have been to $32.95. more

Im a frequent diner of plataforma and was excited to find out that the same owners had opened another rodizio on long island called Riodizio Churrascaria. This past weekend a group of friends and i celebrated my friends birthday at Riodizio and we all loved it. it was by far the best brazilian steakhouse we've been too and weve been to plenty of them that dont even compare to the quality and value that youre getting. our meal started with the salad bar which is a meal in itself. and then came the meats. the top sirloin and picanha were the best steak ive ever had, and the succulent pig is a must try. its a lot of food and youre gonna want to try everything but you must save room for dessert. the cheese cake and tres leches cake are to die for. Riodizio is without a doubt my favorite restaurant and we all will be returning soon. The quality and taste of the food is amazing, the staff is very friendly and professional, its a fun atmosphere, and the service is impecable. There is no other restaurant on the island that comes close. its right off the LIE whihc is very convenient, and excellent for large groups.
