starting to raise an eyebrow 3/22/2014

The first vehicle I brought in your records had my name wrong, no big deal anyone can make a mistake. This vehicle you have the year wrong, again no big deal, except sometimes attention to details can make a difference and you are making me raise an eyebrow. $50.00 for an oil chao command the high end then nge does seem to be on the high end of the scale so to command the high end then pay attention to all the details. I wouldn't want the wrong type of oil used to be the detail that was missed. more

wont be coming back 3/6/2014

charged us twice to diagnose my car, they did get it running but now they tranny slip and they let me drive it home knowing that! got it home and the tranny fluid was black! they said it smelt burnt but they didnt bother changing it more

service wasn't done in a timely manner 10/21/2013

I have been told how great this place is so I took my car there to be serviced. I'm not saying anything bad about the service. I am saying they took longer than expected to complete the work. I dropped my car off before they opened and they knew I got off work at 3:30 and that I expected it to be done. It was just a fluid and spark plug change. It wasn't done until 5. I will go back to them because of the recommendations from friends. more

Power window repair 9/23/2013

They did what they said they would do within the timeframe they said they would. They called when complete (as requested). Very courteous and friendly. Everything worked properly when finished. My car was as clean as when I dropped it off (no noticeable grease marks on the upholstery or anything like that). more
