Each time I go in for regular maintenance the shop has expanded or somehow added yet more to the customer experience. So pleased to see Mike added to the team! The quality of the work done was just fine. However, when an appointment is scheduled, it should be up to you to makesure it's honored. There is really no excuse for it to take over four and a half hours to replace brake pads. more

Disappointed 8/19/2013

I was very disappointed in how my truck was there for 2 days and the job of installing a radiator and electric fans cost $600.00. I was also disappointed that every time I stopped in at the shop the technician that was charging me all this labor was not at my truck working on it. The job that they did do I have to redo because the technician installed my electric fans installed them incorrectly. I find it very disappointing that a small local shop that I try very hard to support is doing bad things like this to people with a disability. more

Road Trip Rescue 8/13/2013

Traveling from Seattle to Portland on NW trip from Caliifornia, our manual clutch burned out and the tow driver (Jake's) recommend CJ. What service !! local family drove us into Portland while they worked on it. It took a few days due to parts and CJ being busy, but they fixed it in time for a Friday afternoon departure. Runs like a top and satisfied with the price. Note that they are in demand, but the extra time is worth it ,...even if on vacation. Mike at the Service desk was outstanding more

A little disappointed with all the diagnostic fees. I feel for an inspection fee I would get more of a comprehensive inspection. The service was good and my car is running better from what I did get done. more

Professional efficient service 8/7/2013

My pickup broke down on I-5 near Woodland on a weekend. I was able (barely) to drive it to Chuck Jones Automotive. They changed the water pump and I had my pickup back and driving in a short time. more
