BewareFirst took kids & i was spoken to in a very condescending way by staff member. Called & spoke to Dr. Chubb & she agreed it was handled poorly, so I gave them another shot with me. Needed root canal, so afterward got temporary crown done, which took 3 hours then came off on the way home. Had to return the next day to have redone. Porcelain covered permanent crown was filed down in spot, which now shows metal. Upper tooth was knicked during initial service, because I heard and felt the drill make abrupt zip sound. She smoothed it, but acted as if she didn't remember it, when I asked. Paid all in advance, but still received more charges. Still have pain in crown and she had my appointment canceled stating that my family should go somewhere else due to my being uncomfortable with her. Now I have to take HER problem to another dentist! Of course, she has never addressed my issues, which I have brought to their attention several times. Rude & unprofessional!!!
