I have been coming to Chrysalis for massages, facials, etc. for years. I can telephone and they always manage to work me into their busy schedule. I prefer the deep massage to take care of my stress and the massage therapist, Juliano does an excellent job. I love Chrysalis Day Spa so much that I recommend the spa to my family and friends. I even purchase gift certificates for my family's birthdays, holidays, etc. Words can not describe how you will feel after the 90 minute deep massage. So if you are looking for the perfect place to relieve the stress and relax your body... you have found your place... Chrysalis Day Spa! more

Chrysalis is simply wonderful. I was able to schedule a massage on short notice and they worked it into my work schedule for the day. They were attentive from the moment I walked into the door and made sure that I was comfortable in the waiting area before I went into the therapy room. The massage was wonderful. They adjust the intensity of the massage to your preference. The therapist added the hot stone therapy and it really relaxed my sore muscles. There are so many wonderful treatments that they offer that I am planning on scheduling many more visits to this heavenly spa. more

I have been to different spas in Hot Springs, AR, but by far Chrysalis is the BEST. I love the atmosphere, treatments, & staff. It is like what you see in the movies. Wonderful scents, music, & cute decor. I have been to Chrysalis Day Spa numerous times for different things. By far my favorite has been their Valentine's couple package: couples bath & massage. My next favorite has to be The Blue Butterfly. I recieved this as a mother's day present. I hope my husband is saving up for this one again! I recommend only Chrysalis to my friends and family. I even buy gift certificates for their gifts. This way I get to go with them. :) I have always been able to get in when I want & even in an emergency. The staff is sooo friendly & nice. I am pain sensitive when it come to massages. The ladies always treat me with special care. They are willing to work on special aches or cater to your needs. Don't ever be afraid to ask for anything. What else can I say, you just have to go for yourself! more

My daughter and I went for a spa day. We were made to wait a long time and were not attended too. We were supposed to have a whirlpool, but that didn't happen. We had lunch at the facility which was not very good. Our massages were sub-par. The only good thing we had was a facial. I would not recommend this day spa to ANYONE! more

I have been to this spa three or four times and have enjoyed all of the services. Numerous times I have done the package, and have no complaints. Their facials and massages are great! My only complaint is the food, would expect slightly higher quality for the price. more

I received a $100 gift certificate for Christmas. Took my daughter for a facial and she loved the products used, but they were so expensive! I asked for samples to let her use before I paid all that money. The guy said no, but after a few minutes of discussion he excused himself, came back in with a "sample" package that he "found" in the back. I know he was trying to be helpful, but when I got home there was a message on my answering machine that "you were seen walking out with a trial package that costs $35, and you need to come back and pay for it". I was incensed! more

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, I waited over 40 minutes. The person who saw me said they were running late because the person before me had wanted extra services. As a result I did not receive the proper treatment. I wanted an ultimate facial. The steamer did not come on so that step was skipped and the whole thing was rushed. I came to the spa for a relaxing experience this definitely was not. During one of the steps the person stepped out of the room and left an exfoliating mask on my face. By the time they returned I was actually in pain from having the process extended to long. When I left the person told me I had a "rosy" glow. This turned into two painful scabs on both my cheekbones. (not very pretty at all). I called and left a voice message, and no one contacted me back. I called again, and talked to someone and they told me to come into the spa. I went in and was told this was normal and happened all the time. We had a girls weekend in Hot Springs & found Chrysalis on the web. Looked very impressive. They got all 6 in and we had a blast all morning. The facial Nuri gave was the best ever!!!! Everyone needs to get him. He was very knowledgeable about what he does. The sea salt crumb was alittle over rated for me. It was to last 30 min, but only lasted the most 10 min, 15 min altogether with the shower. This was the best spa ever. It beats the downtown area!! PS. There's a Hampton Inn next door that is very clean and nice, and lots of shopping around. more

My daughter took me here for mother daughter manicures. The girls were very nice and did a good job on my not-so-great nails. There is a very relaxing atmosphere with candles and soft music. I plan to try other treatments here. more

I go to Chrysalis whenever I'm in Hot Springs because it's convenient. The atmosphere is nice, and the menu of services looks impressive. But the manicures aren't stellar. The polish is always too thick and they don't always do a great job on the cuticles. But it's better than the other places I've tried there... more
