Go to Better Business Bureau to see that Chris has an "F" rating. He takes money up front and then does not perform the job as per the contract. He tells you what you want to hear and then his workers don't know what to do - no communication. Once you contact him with a problem, he'll give excuses and then he will stop responding to you. Stay away!!! more
