Holly got dye on my face, almost all the way to my eyebrows, and no one at the salon could get it off. I ended up having to exfoliate the top layer of my skin off (now red and painful) and still couldn't get it all. She also dyed my hair black (instead of dark brown) and missed several sections in the back. When I called to get it fixed, Cindy insists my hair was already black, despite the fact that I still have brown hair in the back. Her only ""solution"" is to dye the rest of it black! She also told me she ""can't afford"" to lighten my hair back bc she ""busts her ass"" to pay her bills. I told her that was unprofessional and none of my business, and she hung up on me! Called the next day to ask for a refund, and she isn't returning my calls. When I did talk to her, she said she was sorry I had an ""unprofessional"" dye job, but she won't fix it, and I paid less since Holly is less qualified... but she assured me Holly could do it when I set the appt! So disappointed in their lack of skill and horrible customer service.
