This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff was so nice and explained everything in terms i could understand! I have seen several different dentists over the years and this office was the friendliest, most comforting office EVER. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Lumsdon and how gentle she is. Even the front office staff helps me understand my dental insurance. I have never been given costs broke down on paper for me to see before. This office is amazing! I would recommend this office to everyone I know!!! more

I visited more than one office here in Indy before I ended up with this one.. And I have dealt with other dental doctors in another two cities.. This office is the best among them all.. The team is patent and the doctor is wonderful.. they always trying to help you understand every single detail of your therapy and they go the extra mile by telling you about alternatives that you might consider.. They don't waste your time.. They explain everything.. Starting with the required work and they go through every detail with you.. They really go the extra mile for their patients.. you have a clear plan and everyone there is so friendly.. They are fast and they try their best to not waste any time.. if a waiting is a must they take that time to explain what you will do or might want to do in the future and they give options.. Dr. Lumsdon is great!! I just recently became a new patient at this office and I have been so impressed with them. Dr. Lumsdon and her staff care about you as a patient and are great at explaining everything upfront. I needed several fillings done and they were able to get me right back in the next day to get started on my treatment. Great office, great dentist and great experience!! more

This office is fantastic...I have always been afraid of the dentist but Dr. Lumsdon and her staff made me feel so comfortable. The office is very clean and relaxing (love the waterfall fountains in every room!). The front office is very helpful and went over all expected costs with me upfront so there were no surprises. I was very impressed with Dr. Lumsdons work and would recommend you try them if you're in need of a new and fabulous dentist. more

This office is just the best. They couldn't be nicer. On top of that everything is really high tech. I now get a text reminding me of my appointment and emails to follow up and make sure everything is good. Also, love the tv's, I hardly notice I'm being worked on. Dr. Lumsdon knows her stuff and is very professional. Even the kids like her! more

I visited their office approx. two years ago and was informed I had early periodontal disease. They performed scaling/root planing treatment on my gums, after which there was little improvement and they recommended I have the procedure done a second time. I told them no thanks and went to a periodontist. The periodontist informed me that scaling/root planing is a very invasive procedure that should NEVER be performed more than once a year, especially if it didn't work the first time and given that my situation was early onset of the disease. Additionally, I had a few cavities filled by Dr. Lumsdon and have just been informed by my new dentist that two of them have to be completely redone because they are cracking and pieces of them have fallen out. The fillings are less than two years old...this should NOT be happening!! I would highly recommend avoiding this dentist office at all costs, or getting a second opinion before you have ANY work performed by them! Cons: Faulty Work, Unprofessional, Rude Staff more

Be very, very careful when reviewing the treatment plan(s). They made a mistake on my plan and put me over my deductible and I paid out of pocket for treatment I could have put off for 2 more months. more
