I LOVE my new color that Meredith did. I am very leery on who I let do my hair. Over the years I have walked out with the blah feeling. This was NOT one of them. Meredith listened to what I wanted, help me pick the right color and was very friendly. I do not live in Jacksonville, but visit frequently and will be making future appointments with Meredith. more

I first met Terri at least 15 yrs ago. Frustrated with being turned any variation of ""blonde"", ie, orange, white, strawberry, raccoon blonde (white, orange, black roots combo)... I had all but given up on finding anyone that could color my hair. Then I met Terri! She has ALWAYS colored my hair beautifully and consistently. Not only can she color hair, she is a true artist with scissors. She knows how to work with the texture of your hair, as well as honest in telling you what style will/won't work on your hair. I always leave the salon thrilled with my new cut/color ~ I too, won't let anyone else do my hair! more

Terri Moore is the greatest! I have never got so many compliments on my hair! I am a very low maintenance woman when it comes to my hair. I want a hairstyle that is easy but still looks like I walked right out of a salon. Terri gave me that. It takes me 30 minutes to get to Terri at Chocolate Blonde and I have NO problem with that what so ever. She does an awesome job and I would not go to anyone else ever. Terri Moore is a true professional, great hairstylist and fab at color too! I am 5 years new to Jax and tried multiple salons until I found Terri. I am one of those so called blessed with naturally curly hair with a mind of it's own!!! It takes the best stylist to give my hair a wash and wear cut. Meredith is my new best friend. She will make you beautiful. She will give you the best cut and color you've ever had! I love my hair and trust her 100 %. I am a military wife so I move around a lot which means I have to tryout a lot of new dues from new hair dressers. I was so relieved when I found Meredith. Have you ever heard the old clich?, ""I am a beautician, NOT a magician!"" ? Well, Meredith is truly a MAGICIAN!!! When I walked into the adorable shop, I met James and we discussed my truly OLD and outdated, 80s bleached blonde look - curls and all!! He took time and talked with me and explained the options he felt would do me justice! And then he introduced me to Meredith! Meredith is a true hair jeannie! Check out their Face Book page and you will see before and after photos of the transformation! And that is honestly what it is! A total transformation. Not only did Meredith transform me with a totally new and fantastic look, but she really took her time with me! The color and cut she gave me are the best I have EVER had, but just as important, maybe even more so, is that she took enough time to TEACH me how to style the cut myself to keep the look! It does no good to walk out looking beautiful today, if you cannot style it at home to look beautiful tomorrow! She also made herself available to me by phone, email, or walk-in if I have any problems or need additional help learning the styling techniques. My daughter and I visited the salon on Friday. James did an outstanding job on my highlights and Rovena gave me the best cut of my life!! James took the time to meet with me and ask me what I wanted and what my concerns were. He then gave his opinion and we formulated a plan together. My hair has not looked this good in years. Rovena also did a fabulous job coloring and cutting my daughters hair. She listened to what we wanted and executed our cuts flawlessly.
