Best thing about ChocoLate is that it is not a chain coffeshop trying to take over the world. Wish they could open one near my office. more

Too loud 1/18/2011

When I go to a coffee shop I want to get my cup and sit there and read my book, do work, etc... Not only is the music too loud, but the staff are extremely loud. Laughing and goofing off with each other. I'm glad you are enjoying yourself but its too much. more

It's okay 5/11/2009

I think the coffee at Chocolate is good but thats about it, nothing extraordinary. I don't really like their flavored lattes all that much either. Their desserts are okay. It depends on what the purchase is. One time I bought a chocolate mint cake and it was delicious! Another time I bought a chocolate croissant and I was disappointed about the small amount of chocolate there was inside the croissant. The baristas are really friendly, I don't understand why the manager crazily keeps on firing them. The couches are comfortable and I like the fact that they have free Wifi after purchasing a drink. However, the tables and other chairs are not very comfortable and the coffee shop always feels like a freezer! I always have to bring a jacket when I go there. What turns me off about this place the most is the annoying 80's music they play. Almost everyone wears headphones when they go there. Anyways, this place has good coffee and nice baristas but thats about it. Octane and JavaMonkey are still my favorite coffee shops. Pros: good coffee, nice baristas Cons: annoying music, uncomfortable chairs, overly sweet lattes, more

A nice cafe 2/4/2007

I love this place. The staffs are very nice and friendly there. Great atomosphere and drinks. On top of that Wi-Fi free! The place is very cozy. Great place to have a good cup of coffee and hang out. Pros: coffee, service, ambience more

My favorite coffee stop! 6/2/2005

My humble opinion? A purist's dream. Coffee so good you won't want sugar (although I do prefer lightner). Wonderfully rich coffee without scalding, bitter after taste of overly acidic blends. Just plain wonderful. To get anything close in fullness of flavor I've paid for extra shots at other coffee shops so it's actually a value (sorta). As for the staff, haven't met one I didn't like. Nice people all the way around. Best treats are Vera's homemade cheesecakes...light and dreamy. Pros: product quality, friendly service, prompt service Cons: coffee shop prices more

They have the best chai I've ever tasted, and the coffee isn't bad either! more

outstanding ChocoLate' 6/14/2004

excellent coffee and drinks, outstanding and very personable staff, the perfect place for either a quick cup on the run or a more leisure stay. my favorites are the mochas (at least one a day)- and the frappes are worth an extra trip Pros: great drinks, very friendly staff, convenient service more

Best Coffee in town 6/9/2004

I came because of the free Wi-Fi, but got hooked on their Kona mocha frozen coffee drinks. Cool staff, really friendly. Some live music on weekends, really close to Regal 24 movies. You gotta check this place out. I hear they might be building an outdoor deck area too! Pros: free wi-fi, great frozen drinks, leather chairs Cons: , sometimes no seats, morning lines more

Good coffee AND free wireless access... 1/7/2003

This place has quickly become one of my favorite places to drink a cup of joe. They've got great help, comfy chairs and couches, the coffee is fantastic, and free high speed wired and wireless Internet access. What else could you want? Pros: Plenty of parking, Free Internet access, Friendly staff more
