Great service with super fast response 6/10/2014

Had a problem on a Sunday almost 5pm. Inside of an hour from my service request a tech was at the door. He did an excellent evaluation of my system and everything was working fine when he left. Tech was knowledable, courteous and pleasant. I am ahappy customer. more

Excellent Service 5/30/2014

My experience with Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing has been nothing short of fantastic. The technicians showed up prompt and on time for the service, gave me a fair value for the price paid and overall I am satisfied with the outcome. The workers who came were very nice, personable and easy to talk to. They answered any and all questions I had regarding the service and left me feeling re-assured about everything that had been done. I will continue to use these folks in the future if needed be and recommend anybody else in the market for this service to look at Choate's. They do a great job! Joy H. more

Highly recommend 5/27/2014

This is my second year purchasing Choate's PCA. Recently one of your Tech's, Andy conducted my 2013 winter and 2014 summer service. Before I give you my review of Technician Andy, let me say this year Choate's has been advertising a lot this year on the radio (Kix 106). To paraphrase, Choate's advertisement; We are a company owned business, employ professional qualified Techs and pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Well, that could not be truer, Andy was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Andy made me feel confident and comfortable with my service call. Andy went out of his way to explain what he was doing and treated my service call as if it was his home. While I don't believe Andy's last name is Choate's, he sure represented your company as if he owned it. more

Great experience in having replacement central heating/air conditioning system installed. 5/26/2014

The company representative came to the home and determined needs in replacing older system no longer operating efficiently. The estimate was clearly written, describing all of the work to be done and included warranties on equipment and labor. The work done included upgrades to duct work and air returns in home, and was well beyond what competitors had proposed, and for less money. more

Choate's Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing were great. They came by for our first annual checkup on our air conditioning system. I was with the guy the whole time, and he was very good and knowledgeable. He checked all around to make sure there wasn't any dirt or anything. I couldn't ask for better service. more

I am very comfortable having them in my home and trust that they will be truthful in their assessment of any troubles concerning my HVAC system or water heater. more

We signed up for a contract in which Choat's would monitor and service our units. We felt comfortable using a Christian owned company. Each step of the way, the company was honest and reliable. Their work was completed in a timely manner, and the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and patient. We've been very pleased with our experience with Choat's. more

EXCELLENT HVAC COMPANY 5/19/2014

I HAD AN OLD CARRIER SYSTEM THAT I HAD CHOATES SERVICE AND THEY DID GOOD JOB ON IT. THEN IN 2011, I HAD SYSTEM REPLACED WITH NEW YORK AFFINITY SYSTEM. CHOATES DID EXCELLENT INSTALLATION ON THIS SYSTEM RECENTLY HAD YORK EVAPORATOR COIL REPLACED BECAUSE OF LEAK AND COST ME NOTHING BECAUSE OF WARRANTY. IN CONCLUSION, I RECOMMEND CHOATES BECAUSE THEY ARE DEPENDABLE, HONEST, EFFICIENT, AND EXCELLENT TECHNICAL SERVICE. more
