Review content:
This is my second year purchasing Choate's PCA. Recently one of your Tech's, Andy conducted my 2013 winter and 2014 summer service. Before I give you my review of Technician Andy, let me say this year Choate's has been advertising a lot this year on the radio (Kix 106). To paraphrase, Choate's advertisement; We are a company owned business, employ professional qualified Techs and pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Well, that could not be truer, Andy was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Andy made me feel confident and comfortable with my service call. Andy went out of his way to explain what he was doing and treated my service call as if it was his home. While I don't believe Andy's last name is Choate's, he sure represented your company as if he owned it.
