Although Cho Dang Tofu is most well-known for being a soondubu place, you MUST try the Cho Dang noodles. It's their specialty. It's a noodle dish and salad all at once! Excellent, but extreme on the garlic. It's rice noodles with lettuce, beef, slices of oranges, raisins, kiwi slices, and sesame seeds with a sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar dressing. If you are on a date, it's not recommended. You will be reeking of garlic for a couple days. How's that for a Korean-Californian fusion dish?
