Anyone who's ever eaten in Mexico knows that Chipotle is not real Mexican food.
With that in mind let me say the menu is inspired by some of the most famous Mexican cuisine. Carnitas, Birria, Carne Asada....but they seem to miss the mark when it comes to getting an actual legitimate flavor. Things seem to be too Americanized to the Nth degree, thus making this place another wannabe Mexican Food restaurant chain.
Also, the decor tries to be authentic but it truly resembles a mexican tortilleria. The floor reminds me of walking down the isles of a home depot.
Yeah, I'm definitely not impressed with this poser known as Chipotle.
On a completely different note, a Chipotle is a dried Jalapeño.
