Excellent service! 9/11/2023

I called after 3 PM on Friday afternoon and was initially impressed when my call was answered by a human on the 2nd ring. Within second of my describing my garage door issue, Tom stated the possible problem and gave a time that a repairman would be here. In less than 2 hours Mike was here. He quickly identified the problem, clearly explained my options and began repairs. Mike is an outstanding, skilled professional who is also pleasant. In addition to repairing my door, both men seemed to care. It was a pleasure to pay for this service. Thank You! more

This company garage door services is A plus! They were professional on the phone, responded within an hour and the service guy (Johnny) was very courteous and helpful to explain the problem. I am very picky about whom I choose, but this company is definitely worth the try! You won't be disappointed. more

professional garage company 9/11/2023

When my garage door spring broke I had no idea who to call. I chose this company at random from the phone book. They scheduled me for the same day I called, arrived as scheduled and had the door repaired in 30 minutes, complete with all new springs, cables, pulleys, and safety cables. They give a 10-year warranty on parts, and the serviceman even lubricated the tracks, checked the safety sensors, and waived the service charge. I thought the price was very reasonable, and will happily call them again should I need more work done. (Ask for Johnny - he explained everything clearly and was very pleasant, as well as advising me to get a surge protector for the opener.) more

good price 9/11/2023

I used this company to fix the garage opener last year, and more recently, to add a new opener in my side garage. Both times the technician came on time, got the work done right, cleaned up, and finished on time. For the new opener they did try to suggest a higher end model, but once I told them I only wanted a 1/3 horsepower, they didn't try to talk me out of it. $600 for a new opener -- good price. more

Will call again for any garage door issues 9/11/2023

Great service, Called David and he sent someone within the hour, the cost was as expected, $150.00 for the gear & service the door, told me about the overhaul in the next year or two when it breaks again (the coil) for $ 300.00. Sounds like a good idea when it breaks again. Will call again for any garage door issues. more

I was so relieved that someone was able to come out the same day that I called. Vince was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed our garage door and now it runs so smooth! He was also kind enough to help me reprogram my garage door code that had not been working for years. I will definitely call this company for future needs, and let my friends and neighbors know they should call this company too. Thank you! more

Eli was out today. He called ahead to see if I was home this AM (rather than do an emergency call tonight). I was, so he came over & spent the time to adjust my door. He's always friendly and efficient. I truly appreciate his timeliness in coming this AM instead of tonight, and fixing my problem so my wife doesn't have the door not close or open when I am not home. Thanks again, Eli. A great value for my home 9/8/2023

This is the best house repair contract I've experienced. He had a low-reasonable quote and in less than 24 hours the old garage door had been completely replaced (all new parts) and hauled off. The door has worked flawlessly for 4 weeks and looks great. He is really, really good. A great value for my home and a great relief to have it working again. more

Great Service 9/8/2023

Returned from vacation on Sunday and the garage door would only partially open. After some looking around, I noticed that the torsion spring was broken. A quick check of the internet and I see rave reviews for this garage door repair company. A call on Monday morning and Steven answered and set up an appointment on the same day for 1pm. When I returned home from work, the torsion spring was fixed, the door was adjusted and even the other working garage door was adjusted without even asking. I now have two quiet functioning garage doors. Great Service. Thanks Steven, thanks the internet users for the recommendations more

I just had Dennis install a new opener for us. He did great work and was very reasonably priced. In fact, he charged me less than he quoted over the phone. He lubed everything up and walked me through things I should do for proper maintenance. He's polite and knows his garage doors! Plus, it's always good to support local, small business owners. more

Save your time and call this guy 9/8/2023

Paul at this garage door company was fantastic for the following reasons: 1.) After I emailed him explaining my problem he responded quickly and gave me a few tips to fix the issue so I could save money on the service call (not something you see everyday). Unfortunately the motherboard in my unit had gone bad and needed to be replaced. 2.) Before knowing the motherboard had gone bad, Paul came out to my house and worked on it for 45 minutes diagnosing the issue. Once he figured out what it was, he did not charge me for the visit and instead offered to install a new engine the next day for a very fair/reasonable price. 3.) After installing the new engine he noticed some faulty wiring that had been done previously and fixed it for me without charging me another dollar over the original estimate. Save your time and call this guy, my garage door works perfectly now and the experience could not have run smoother. more

Lucius did an amazing job. I had broken the top two panels of my garage door, and he gave me several very good options for repair. He was able to reuse lots of hinges, etc. to save me money, and found replacement panels that were very good matches. He even cut out a section of the old panel for me to use to help match the paint at home depot (Mine was a non-standard color). He was punctual, efficient, and the price was great. He even lubed up and adjusted my other (non-broken) garage door while he was there, without me even asking. Service with a smile - would highly recommend. more

If your garage is broke they can fix it 9/8/2023

I called this garage door company after reading the reviews on the internet. They came out same day and changed out our broken garage spring. I ran to the store so I didn't meet the guy, but my husband was home. He said he was friendly, worked quickly, and thoroughly. He also explained we need to oil the spring to help prevent it from breaking again. If your garage is broke they can fix it! more

the most professional company by far 9/5/2014

Gave us a 1 hour window which was way better than the other guys 6 hour windows. Came on time and finished the garage door opener replacement much quicker than we thought it would take. Have been using it for over a week and no problems. Also this is the 2nd time he had come over the first he tuned up the garage door free of charge while we were still sorting out what we were going to do. The prices were just about the same as home depot but we got a better quality machine. more

What can I say that the other smart reviewers haven't said about Steven - he's the overhead garage door man! This guy knows his stuff, and gave me tips to extend the life of the door all the while adjusting the opener, and lubricating the bearings. He's friendly, honest, and plays guitar. That alone is worth a service call --in my book, at least. Give Steven a shot at your door problem. He'll do you right! A++ more
