After his death it was continued through the efforts of his oldest students. In time, one student, Mr. Jeff Nickel, made accusations towards several students and it came to light, through an accountant examining the financial records, that it was Jeff who was inappropriate with the books. The oldest students found out that there was a liability to them, for Jeff's business practices. They hired an attorney and attempted to sell the business to Mrs. Yin, the Grandmaster's wife, for $10. This would protect her in the future, but the sale did not go through due to the games and influence of Jeff. The oldest students, under the advice of the attorney, closed the business called 'Chinese Kung Fu Center'. Jeff opened a business calling it the same name as the old. In a short time, he kicked out Mrs. Yin. Mrs. Yin, with the help of the older students, filed a law suit against Jeff to get her property from the Chinese Kung Fu Center. This is verified by court records: wcca.wicourts.gov/index.xsl (hit I agree) Type in Chinese Kung Fu Center, or case number 2005SC028625, Milwaukee county.
