We have been dining at Chinatopia for well over 10 years.\r So I find it amazing to see ANY negative reviews. David (owner) and his staff never fail to prepare wonderful authentic Chinese cuisine at very reasonable prices. For a wonderful treat call ahead ask David to order fresh lobsters for his unique lobster with ginger scallion sauce. more

I thought this place was good because of the reviews but when I went there with my family it was the worst experience ever. There was no one else in the restaurant and the people that work there just stared at us while we ate our dinner. The pricing was reasonable but the food was not worth it. It was nothing authentic about the food. I will never go there again. more

This is absolutely the best Chinese Food in S. FL. My fiance and I love everything on the menu! We eat here at least once a week. David, Mona, and Gidget are so charming. The food and the people are fantastic. We highly recommend the Shrimp or Chicken with Mixed vegetables. For those of you who can handle some serious heat......get the Spicy Beef! A hidden treasure. more

Got a to go order to start,first the lady on the phone was a little incompatant, after picking up the order they forgot one of the main course dishes, after calling them when I returned home with my 1/2 order,the imcompatant lady tells me my order is ready to be picked up. Thanks for reminding me I said but I picked it up already and now only have half of it. She tells me the rest is in the bag. Little to my suprise the bag has nothing else inside. I went back to the restuarant to pick up the rest of my order, by the time I finally got to eat it was a little cold , I would rate the food a 6 out of 10, make sure u check your order if you are dining out, also do not eat the stale fortune cookies, they are from a couple years ago. Chinatopia please get a new person on your phone orders!! more

$11 for food from a can? c'mon. i realize it gets thrown around in a wok before you serve it but fresh mushrooms really aren't that expensive. so why use canned ones? i'm getting really bored with how over-priced cheap asian fare is becoming. it's an epidemic. the cheapest food to make short of pasta or pizza, that i can think of. anyway, at least it's not the typical floridian adaptation of chinese food where they thaw their frozen or canned food in all the same anonymous brown sugar sauce, with all the meat being heavily battered fat and gristle. things still do appear to be previously frozen or canned obviously, but at least i can differentiate between sauces. the food's ok, and as far as chinese food goes in this locality it's probably the best around. Pros: better than august moon. Cons: still frozen, canned and over-priced. more
