HORRIBLE restaurant. The food might be good but the service is so BAD it's like someone serving you a grommet dish on the floor! They spitted on my food while they spatted at me to get my own utensils during my sister's wedding reception! Don't waste your time or money here. more

If you love dim sum, make the trek out to Rosslyn and try China Garden. But come early - I've had to plan out when I imagine I'll get hungry and go to CG an hour before to wait for a table. I have also come in late, at around 1:15 - you won't get the pick of the litter or all the carts but you won't have to deal with a long wait. Their dim sum is delicious though, and they offer a wide variety of the plates everyone loves, like shu mai and siao pao and even chicken feet. My husband and I are big eaters and we are accustomed to the bad service of Chinese restaurants in general. However, this restaurants has the worst manner I've ever seen. We usually don't go there because the food is generally not great, but we were forced to go there that day because we were desperated for dim sum on Christmas day, and we didn't want to drive all the way to Maryland where all the good dim sum places are. The lady at the cashier refused to seat us just because she saw that we have 4 people and I was asking for a table for 5 (my husband is parking the car downstair). I started to question her since most of my parties are already there, and instead she threw her hand in the air and start shouting at me. I was telling her how rude she is. I came to a big surprise when the owner came and rudely told me I have to wait outside like she doesn't care to have customers any more! All in all this restaurant is average on food and even worse when it comes to service. My advise is more

I would never have another dinner at this place. The people are very rude and the service is horrible. Save your money and go somewhere else. \r I even talked the manager and she was very rude to me. The event as a wedding party, you would think people would be ready for such event. No!\r There are to many other places that you can go to enjoy a good meal there. China Garden serves delicious Chinese food. There's nothing to complain about; however their prices are a bit pricey, especially their 9% tax. Their dimsum on Saturday and Sunday mornings is never a let down. more

Service is absolutely the worst--from the rude and MEAN hostesses to the waitresses, who truly do not understand the concept of customer service and working for a good tip. And all this for food that is just average! more
