My husband and I traveled quite a bit to Atlanta before relocating here. One place we had to visit everytime we visited was Chin Chin. In fact, when we were looking our new home we wanted Chin Chin to be close by, knowing it was one of our favorites. The staff is friendly and has a great sense of humor. They know us so well that they usually throw in some extras from time to time. The Kung Pao Chicken is the best! If you are looking for a mellow place to sit and enjoy a great meal and have a good conversation, this is a great place. The wine list is reasonable and they are also very accomodating when it comes to small groups. more

I have been a frequenter of this Chin Chin location for over a year now and love them. If you've been more than once you'll notice the same wait-staff; although the have multiple locations, this has the feel of a family restaurant. more

Chin Chin deleivers consistant, top quality food. Take-out orders are ready fast, and portions are large. The only negatives are the lousy, generic condiments (small too), and whenever I order take-out I get asked ""You know location??"" about a hundred times. I order every week, of course I know the darn location!! Great food! more

GREAT food, beautifully presented, A-1 service, and very nice atmosphere. The meal is presented on gorgeous plates and the ice cream is very good. Highly recommended! Oh, and be sure to order the tangerine chicken. more

Their delivery menu is one of the longest I've seen. Normally when I try a new chinese place, I'm either happy with the entrees but not so much with the rice, or I love the rice but the entrees have a bit to be desired. Chin Chin was excellent on both counts. If you like fried rice, try the Shrimp or House Fried Rice. Their honey glazed pork ribs are a great appetizer as well. You really can't go wrong -- everything's good! more

Chin chin delivers fast. Consistently good chinese. A little more pricey than your neighborhood chinese, but worth the extra $. Huge portions. more

The WORST most rude customer service EVER 12/3/2010

After waiting over an hour for delivery i called to have them say it's on the way. A half hour after that we called back they said it was on the way. 15 minutes later we called to cancel the order. Joeseph the manager could care less. I was insulted and called back to ask for the manager he lied and said he wouldn't give me the managers name. I told him I was gonna give a bad review and he litterally said ""I don't care"" and hung up. more

I agree with doylebenton: CRAP FOOD!! 5/10/2010

When I saw the menu, I thought it was a LOT of money for Chinese food, but hey, they have brown rice and I'm tired and the place looks okay so why not. BOY WAS I DISAPPOINTED! I ordered healthy veggies, specifying extra broccoli with a little tofu, and was presented with huge chunks of tough tofu peppered with a few limp grey overcooked veggies. It's as if they had cooked them days ago and just warmed them up to get rid of them. YUKKO! The egg drop soup was extra salty and had a peculiar flavor, and the crunchies for it had a distinct ""old oil"" quality. Oh, and the reason for me getting the food in the first place, the brown rice, was bland as can be. Maybe my dog will eat it. ALL THAT FOR A WHOPPING $17! WASTE OF MONEY! NEVER AGAIN! Pros: They have brown rice. Bland, but brown. Cons: OVERPRICED, OVERCOOKED, OVERDECORATED more

Chin Chin Chinese Restaurant 9/9/2008

While many rave about this restaurant, we found it mediocre at best. Even though it's in the neighborhood, we won't go back. There are too many great Chinese restaurants in Atlanta. more

Something extra in the rice 8/18/2008

Two co-workers and I went for lunch 2 weeks ago. My co-worker found a dried out insect in her fried rice. First the server apologized and offered her the meal for free. He told the manager. The manager never came over or said a word to us. They ended up giving us all our meals for free. They didn't seemed alarmed or panicked about the dead insect in the rice. Cons: Insect in food more

Overpriced, Cooks pick their nose in the kitchen, Rude staff 6/14/2008

This place should be shut down and replaced with a nuclear waste dump to improve the deplorable existence of Chin Chin's in Brookhaven. I am embarrased for anyone that equates that resturant (if you call it that) with my neighborhood. more
