Really? The restaurant is that worried about their business that they have to write their own post? \r
This type of comment speaks volumes as to whether they think they will get wonderful responses or not.\r
If you are doing a great job, then you don't need to respond to these types of posts.\r
As for Chili's, the hostesses are always friendly and so are the bartenders, some servers do well, and food is a fifty - fifty shot depending on who is cooking. The area's that need work - when hostesses are off duty the staff should step up and seat people, not look at them and then put your head back down, which happens frequently. \r
Also, you can tell that food is reused at times due to the look and taste of the food. The cooks need to learn what time frame to use for each steak size, because they almost ALWAYS have a hard time getting it cooked right. \r
As for managers. There is only one that is always nice and she is newer. Most are so angry that it carries over to the staff. I have seen them walking around and not a one of them smiles while on the floor. My husband and I use to go there 3 to 4 times a week. The management was always friendly. They new us by name and always made a point to say hi. But with this management and the food quality, we make it a point to stay away and only go in maybe once a month to once every other month. I have sat in the booth and can hear management talking disrespectfully to their employees. This kind of thing you take to the back, not where your customers can hear you. Not to mention how and what they say to the staff. If it was me, I wouldn't take that kind of disrespect. So should you go to this Chili's? If they don't change management, I wouldn't recommend it because it is a hit or miss each time you go.
