I ate here with a friend and got the three courses for two people for $20. I treated my friend and for an appetizer, two entrees, dessert, tax, and 15% tip I paid less than $25. That's hard to beat. We even had leftovers to take home. You do have to order certain items to get that deal, but it's not bad if you like burgers, tacos, and salads (what makes up most of that menu). Otherwise the main menu has pretty reasonable prices (about $16 for a steak and two sides for example and under $10 for other entrees and appetizers).
The food was pretty good, nothing special though. It's on the same par as the other big chains like Applebees and Outback Steakhouse (although Outback seems to be a step above Chili's in food quality). I would recommend their burgers, that's what we ordered and they make great, big and tasty burgers! I would recommend not straying from their specialties, burgers and Mexican food. I ordered Country Fried Steak from another Chili's (Roseville) and it was gross, inedible in fact. So I would stay away from that entree. The Molten White Chocolate Cake is awesome! I highly recommend that!
It's a nice, friendly, and fairly quiet atmosphere. It's a great place for all ages and families. A great place to get together overall as long as you stay away from the Country Fried Steak.
Pros: Good signiture dishes, cheap prices
Cons: Some dishes are not very good
