I've never been to this Chili's in the evening and NOT had to wait. I guess there are tons of people out there who LOVE Chili's. I'm not so crazy about them. As a general rule, because they're pretty overpriced, I only go if someone else is paying, or if we have giftcards. I don't like to give them my money, lol. My favourite meal there is the Chicken & Beef quesadillas, and my husband LOVES their burgers. I also really like that they serve black beans instead of refritos. Their drinks are WAY over priced and not that great. The service is spotty. Sometimes they're on top of it, other times you wonder if your waitress is deaf, dumb, and blind. Overall, though, they have some pretty solid meals that are overpriced. If you're looking for something comparable, I reccomend the Bennigan's, on Kirby, just up the freeway from this Chili's. Their prices are much better, and I personally enjoy their food more.
Cons: Service, wait times.
