Chili's Grill & Bar

I went in to Chilis in Apex, NC and was disappointed. I walked in and waited 5 min before being seated. Then the hostess threw the menu on the table and walked away. I waited another 10 min before anyone came to my table to wait on me. The server said ""what can I get you to drink?"" I ordered a coke and was brought a dr pepper. I told the server i got the wrong drink and she gave me an attitude from hell. I ordered my appetizer and entree and while waiting, i noticed my waitress standing around touching her hair. Eww! 25 min later, i get my appetizer and it was ok. Then the entree came out and it was cold. I felt too awkward to complain to the waitress because of her attitude, so i asked for the manager. the manager came out and said ""what's the problem?"" like i was a piece of trash. I explained my meal was cold and have been in here for about an hour and did not like my meal. He said i was not in here an hour and got defensive. my coke was never refilled. never checked back to see how i was doing. I told manager i was not hungry anymore and wanted to leave. he gave me a bill for the drink and appetizer when he should have taken EVERYTHING off the bill. No apology. I will never go back. Don't waste your time or money! more

This is a great place to eat in Apex. I love their chicken tenders. It comes with great French fries and corn on the cob. My wife likes their Chipotle Blue Cheese burger. They have great chips and salsa. They have the best salads around. I like the Quesada Explosion salad. Normally, we eat at the bar because they are very busy. Everyone loves Chili?s. Usually, we can find two stools at the bar. The bartenders are great servers. Pros: Great food Cons: Busy on Friday nights more
