I was very disappointed in the way a recent situation was handled.\r
We and another couple ordered appetizers and meals. We waited a while for the appetizers. Within one minute of them arriving, our meals came to the table. We said we wanted to wait until a little while we ate our appetizer and were told the meals would be taken back. I asked that they not be dried out and cold when brought back to us later and were told they would just put them under the hot light to keep them warm. Later, when the meals were brought back, the bread tasted like a crouton it was so crusty and the food tasted like it had been sitting all the while; it wasn't hot but a bit warm. We took this in stride considering the waitress obligatory "is everything all right" was basically made while quickly flying by our table. \r
When we finished dinner we gave the waitress 2 credit cards and requested she split the bill evenly. The bill was returned to us; one couple was charged .02 the other (me) was charged basically the whole meal. We called her back and she took the bills to fix them. she gave us new bills and a slip reflecting the crediting of the original full bill. \r
The next day, I noticed my credit card had 2 charges against it; the full bill and the 1/2 bill - no credit was showing. i called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager and spoke with Wade who explained it takes a couple of days for the credit to show and to call back if it wasn't fixed in a few days. I said I'd check. A few days later the credit still didn't appear and the charges were both still there so i called him back. He said he'd check on it and call me back that night. He never did. I gave them another 2 days to see if it would be corrected. It wasn't. I called back and again was told by Wade he'd check on it and i'd get a call back. No one called. 8 days went by and still no credit appeared. We happened to be in the neighborhood the following Saturday (it is quite a ways from my home and we only go there when in that area) and i went in to the restaurant and asked to see Wade. He was too busy to see me and sent another supervisor/manager out to see us. I had to re-explain everything all over. He went into the back, spoke with Wade and came back to us and said he couldnt do anything since it was the weekend but we would get a call on Monday. It never happened. Finally, the larger bill came off my credit card account. Had I known it was going to be such a problem and that you could not trust this management team to do what they say they will do, I certainly wouldn't have left the 20% tip for such poor service and for having to go thru this runaround.\r

Be cautions dealing with this establishment!\r
Very poor resolution of the problem
