I shopped @ this place before I shopped at the regular retail stores to see what gently used items I could find first and that helped keep my cost of buying new clothing down. Well once your kids are past the toddler stage there is really a slim chance you will find anything worth buying. The clothing becomes pretty worn looking instead of gently used. Good helpful customer service is hit and miss at this store. Sometimes you will go in and get a person who greets you and offers to help and then other times you won't get a person to greet or try to assist you at all. They will somtimes ask you if you want to be part of the ""Moms club"" and you just give them your email address and they are suppose to send you an email giving you first dibs on the clothing they will put out but I signed up twice and each time I got no email. When you call to see why, nobody knows why and then you just miss out completely. I've had the same email address for 9 years now so there is nothing wrong with my email. I receive emails on a daily basis. Anyway I would recommend this store to anyone who has children that wear 5T or less. I would not recommend this store to anyone who has kids that wear sizes above 5T. I also would not recommend this store to anyone who thinks good customer service is a must. Good luck.
