Chief Protective Services seemed to know just where the needed to be! We felt safe knowing they were there!

Worst

Quite often the guards do not show up for work. I call the office and they say they will send a replacement guard, but none show up. Bad Service. Watch out.

These guys always patrol by our condo, they do a good job of making their presence known. Our communities very quiet at night thanks to them. more

We hired Chief to patrol our apartment complex and they do a great job. We had a stalker one time on premise and the guard on duty chased him down and apprehended him with quickness! more

Quality service 6/24/2011

I found the assistant, Kristi, to be very personable. Most especially, the VP Felix Quinones ALWAYS went out of his way to help, whether it was assigning to a more suitable post, or listening to issues--he even gave me some names of people who could help me buy a small house..he was top notch! more

Most guards are disrespectful, uncaring and totally unprofessional. Some are fine.\r \r Management never is in when I call about a guard that does not show up for work or fell asleep on the job more

Bad Service ~ Not Recommended 2/19/2011

Chief Protective Services hires guards that responsible guard companies will not. They pay their guars less than other companies so the client gest terrible results by hiring this group of care-less unprofessionals.\r \r Most of the time the guards will not show up for duty but you can be sure that Chief Protecive Services will bill you for the full 8 hours of serice. YOu will be very sorry if yo contract wit these guys. more

Terrible Service and Waste of Money 12/29/2010

Chief Protective Service has a crew of ""guards"" that are sloppy and unprofessional. Guards give the paying client a blind eye to their duty.\r \r Management does not care about their employees or the paying Client. Total waste of money. more
