Chief Protective Services seemed to know just where the needed to be! We felt safe knowing they were there!

Worst

Quite often the guards do not show up for work. I call the office and they say they will send a replacement guard, but none show up. Bad Service. Watch out.

Very Friendly 10/10/2011

I've had to come to this office 4 times in 3 years (marriage, baby, & 2 au pairs) and every visit has been refreshingly free from hassle. Yes, you have to wait a while, but it's orderly and reasonably pleasant in there, and, most importantly, everyone has been really polite and even friendly. I've had none of the eye-rolling and huffing and puffing I'm accustomed to getting at other offices. more

Prompt Response 9/9/2011

Recently, I experienced a significant theft at one of the commercial properties I manage and Chief Protective Service came immediately to my aid. It was one of those unfortunate situations where I assumed the general contractor was providing security during their renovation and this was not the case. As this property is over 6 hours away from my corporate office, I contacted the local Chief Protective Services office and was so impressed that they visited the site within the hour and had thorough coverage plan recommendations within 2 hours for me. more
